Meeting Rooms
The Clocktower Centre has several rooms available for bookings.
The Clocktower Centre predominantly services Moonee Valley City Council civic meetings and functions, however these rooms are available for external bookings.
Head over to the Contact Us page to enquire about any of these meeting rooms, and a quote and availability information will be provided.
Please note that these rooms are not suitable for birthday parties, weddings and dinner dances.

The Balcony and Tower Rooms
A carpeted meeting space with access to a balcony and lots of natural light with built-in AV equipment (data projector, screen and audio system).
These can be booked as one large space or as two separate rooms.
The Pascoe Rooms North and South
Large meeting space, which can be booked as one large room or as two separate rooms with polished jarrah floorboards and high ceilings. See below for available equipment.
Available Equipment
All meeting rooms can be equipped with audio visual and lighting equipment. Professional technical support is also available on site. Some of this equipment may attract a hire fee, dependant on usage. Please outline any equipment you want to use when making your enquiry.
Some of the equipment available includes:
- Portable screen
- Data projector
- Laptop
- Whiteboard
- Flip chart
- Lectern with microphone
- Microphones (lapel or handheld, which can be corded or wireless)
- Portable stage units
Catering
Conference style catering and beverage selections are available and the centre is licensed to serve alcoholic beverages until 11pm.
