  1. Centre Stage Memberships are valid for 12 months from your date of purchase. Clocktower Membership purchased prior to 11 November 2025 will be automatically converted to a Centre Stage Membership and remain valid until your original Membership expiration date.
  2. To qualify for a Director's Circle Membership, customers must purchase a package of at least 6 eligible shows in a single booking.
  3. Centre Stage and Director's Circle Members are eligible for one Member Price ticket per event. If booking tickets for multiple Members, you will be asked to provide a separate Member Number for each Member Price ticket purchased.
  4. Members may exchange tickets for eligible events with no exchange fee, subject to availability. Upgrade fees may apply depending on ticket prices for the exchanged performances. Exchanged tickets must be returned to the Box Office at least 48 hours prior to the first affected event. Please refer to our Conditions of Purchase for our standard policy on refunds and exchanges.
