Once you make your submission, we will be in touch with you from week commencing 8 June 2027 to discuss your submission. 

Please read through the guidance carefully regarding our Expressions of Interest process for January-June 2027.

• Please note that completing the Expression of Interest form does not constitute a confirmed booking.
• Whilst we always endeavour to secure your proposed date/s, this is not always possible. Providing us with an alternate date is helpful in aiding us to supply you with other options should we be unable to offer first proposed date/s to you.
• If you require a bump-in, rehearsal, or pre-production day, please make note of this in your form.
• It is valuable for us to have as much information about your event as possible. We understand that you may not have all of your event details finalised but please do include as much as you think is relevant.

• All hirers are required to have public liability insurance to the minimum value of $20,000,000.
• It is a requirement of all hirers and event staff to hold and supply the Clocktower Centre with Working with Children Checks, should there be minors backstage.
• A reminder that we use our Venue Hire EOI process to aid us in balancing our venue calendar. We have multiple competing priorities when it comes to administrating the venue's event calendar. As such, we will endeavour to offer you your first date preference but providing us with a second option is helpful in aiding us to achieve fair and equitable access to Theatre venue hire in this calendar period.
