Venue Hire Expressions of Interest for January-June 2025 for Clocktower Centre Theatre Now Open
We are very grateful for the opportunity to host your event at our venue. We always aspire to deliver an exceptional service and experience at the Clocktower Centre.
Venue hires will be facilitated through an Expression of Interest process to ensure equitable access to both commercial and community organisations.
To express your interest, please fill in the form below:
Expression of interest to hire the Clocktower Theatre will open Friday, 26 April and close Friday, 24 May 2024.
If you are successful in securing your preferred dates, you will receive confirmation in early June 2024.
Hire Rates for the 2024/2025 Financial Year will be available in early July 2024 at which point we will contract your venue hire.
Please read carefully through the guidance below regarding our Expressions of Interest process for 2025:
• Please note that completing the Expression of Interest form does not constitute a confirmed booking.
• Whilst we always endeavour to secure your preferred date/s this is not always possible. Providing us with an alternate date is helpful in aiding us to supply you with other options should we be unable to offer first preference date/s to you.
• If you require a bump-in, rehearsal, or pre-production day, please make note of this in your form.
• It is valuable for us to have as much information about your event as possible. We understand that you may not have all of your event details finalised but please do include as much as you think is relevant.

• All hirers are required to have public liability insurance to the minimum value of $20,000,000.
• It is a requirement of all hirers and event staff to hold and supply the Clocktower Centre with Working with Children Checks, should there be minors backstage.
