Theatre hire

Suitable for drama, dance, concerts, presentations, civic ceremonies, community and school productions, speech nights, award ceremonies and professional productions requiring sophisticated staging facilities. The theatre is a 505 seat proscenium arch theatre with tiered seating, a fly tower, hydraulic orchestra pit, and in-house audio and lighting.

Clocktower Centre reserves the right to exclusively ticket all events that take place in our venue. Please check our applicable rates documents for our ticketing fees applicable rates documents. We do not allow events to be ticketed externally, and any unauthorised breach of this condition may result in the cancellation of your event.

Should your event proceed, upon confirmation of your booking and receipt of deposit payment and relevant completed hire documents, we will send you a ticketing form. This ticketing form must be completed and returned to Clocktower Centre a minimum of 10 business days prior to your preferred on-sale date. On-sale timing is subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of your completed ticketing form.

Our Theatre dressing rooms have a capacity for 60 PAX. If you need space for more people, please select additional rooms in the following section.

Additional spaces

Balcony Tower room (50pax) - A carpeted meeting space with access to a balcony and lots of natural light with built-in AV equipment (data projector, screen and audio system).

Studio room (60pax) - Suitable as a rehearsal room, extra dressing room or for classes. The studio is a large space with polished floorboards, floor to ceiling mirrors and direct access to the theatre.

Pascoe room (200pax) - Large meeting space filled with polished jarrah floorboards and high ceilings. And the Pascoe room has to be booked together with the Studio room.
