Martin Heppell, Partner at The Resilience Project, has worked with elite and community sports teams, 1000+ schools and 500+ workplaces across Australia - teaching simple and practical mental health strategies.
In this special talk for sporting clubs and their players, Martin will unpack the research on mental health and break it down into simple tips that will support player wellbeing, help to build strong connections and most importantly create a positive club culture.
