About the show

A musical adventure for babies & toddlers 0-3yrs

Join Coach Mon on a quest to help a lost star return to the night sky! Featuring singalong songs performed live, gentle lighting and puppetry, little ones will move, groove and dream. This sensory rich show invites babies/toddlers 0 - 3 years into a land of wonder filled imagination. Parents and carers become playful companions in the story, helping little explorers follow the star and enjoy the music.

Presenting Artist or Company

Monique Warren is an actor, singer, creative facilitator and emerging theatre maker. She studied at Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (Music Theatre) and Ecole Philippe Gaulier (Clown). Alongside her performing she has delivered performing arts/choral programs to students throughout Victoria. She’s worked with mentors/creatives at Playable Streets, Australian School of Performing Arts and Barking Spider Collective to build her facilitation practice. She created her debut theatrical work ‘Coach Mon’s Comedy Games’ - a hilarious, interactive Olympics for kids, that was nominated for ‘Best Work by an Emerging Artist’ & ‘Best Kids Show’ at Melbourne Fringe in 2025. Monique is stoked to be collaborating with long time friends Laura Aldous and Jackson Peele to create ‘Coach Mon’s Baby Wonderland’. Laura is an established member for the award winning theatre company Bloomshed as well as specialising in creating theatre and creative experiences with and for babies and young people. Jackson Peele is an actor/musician who is one half of Neylon & Peele who have created shows such as the award winning ‘The Beep Test the Musical’.
