Our Expressions of Interest process is open from 4pm, Friday, 28th March 2025 - 4pm, Monday 28th April 2025.

The venue hire team will then be in touch to discuss your enquiry from mid-May 2025.

Please read carefully through the guidance below regarding our Expressions of Interest process for January-June 2026:

• Please note that completing the Expression of Interest form does not constitute a confirmed booking.
• Whilst we always endeavour to secure your proposed date/s, this is not always possible. Providing us with an alternate date is helpful in aiding us to supply you with other options should we be unable to offer first proposed date/s to you.
• If you require a bump-in, rehearsal, or pre-production day, please make note of this in your form.
• It is valuable for us to have as much information about your event as possible. We understand that you may not have all of your event details finalised but please do include as much as you think is relevant.

• All hirers are required to have public liability insurance to the minimum value of $20,000,000.
• It is a requirement of all hirers and event staff to hold and supply the Clocktower Centre with Working with Children Checks, should there be minors backstage.
• All successful Venue Hire EOI submissions will be contracted with 25/26 Financial Year rates. Bookings will go to contract in July 2025, in the new financial year. If your submission is successful, the venue hire team will send you an Offer of Dates communication confirming your booking in the interim.
