COVID Safe and Visitor Information for the Clocktower Centre

The health and wellbeing of our patrons, artists and staff is important to us. As such we have outlined the latest Victorian Government guidelines below, to create a COVID safe environment at the Clocktower Centre.

Guidelines for theatres are also subject to change, so please check back for full COVID safe information and any updates closer to your visit.

Booking tickets

We ask that all Theatre tickets & packages are booked over the phone or online to avoid queues at the Box Office. All phone bookings will require a card for payment.

The Box Office will be limiting all cash transactions, except for those patrons unable to pay via card or bank transfer.

Physical distancing

Where possible please maintain physical distancing while in the foyer or queuing.

Proof of Vaccination 

In accordance with the current State Government directions, all patrons are no longer required to show proof of vaccination status as a condition of entry to our venue.

Contact tracing

In accordance with the current Vic Government directions, all visitors to the Clocktower Centre are no longer required to check-in using the Service Victoria app.

Face masks are strongly recommended where you cannot socially distance.

Unwell

Stay home if feeling unwell

Please do not visit the Clocktower Centre if you are feeling unwell, or are required to isolate or quarantine by the Department of Health & Human Services. If your booking is affected, please advise our Box Office as soon as possible so arrangements can be made to exchange your tickets.

Cloak 1

Cloakroom & Bags

We are currently not offering cloakroom facilities so please limit the belongings you bring with you and only bring small bags that you can keep with you while seated in the theatre.

Contactless Payment

Cashless payment is strongly recommended throughout the venue.

Hand Hygiene

Contactless hand-sanitiser stations are available at entrances and throughout the venue. We encourage all patrons to sanitise their hands on arrival.

Ventilation

The air-conditioning within the auditorium is set to bring in 100% fresh outside air to optimise ventilation and airflow within the theatre.
