Please note that due to the current lockdown, Northcote High School – Mid Year Music Celebration – Bands scheduled to take place on Monday, 23 August at 7pm has been cancelled.
To activate your refund, you can call us from Monday 6 September on 9243 9191 (weekdays between 10am and 4pm), or you can wait for us to contact you.
Please note that all refunds will require us to obtain your card details for processing. We are unable to process this automatically. Refunds can take from a few days to 10 working days to be credited back to your card, depending on your card provider’s internal arrangements, from when we can action this.
We apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused and thank you for your understanding during this time.

If the new date does not suit or you no longer require as many seats as you originally booked, you will be able to obtain a refund or credit by contacting us after Wednesday 28 July (provided we are back in the office) on 9243 9191 (between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday) or by emailing enquiries@clocktowercentre.com.au
Update: From Friday 9 July until Thursday 22 July capacity limits are restricted to 300 in the Theatre.
Update: The school has decided that with the impending lockdown to postpone the performance on Thursday, 15 July. All bookers will be contacted in the coming days.
